  • 10ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 10ml Baileys Irish cream
  • 10ml Skyy vodka

Step-by-step method

  1. Step 1

    Pour 10ml of Kahlua into the bottom of a shot glass, filling it to 1/3.

  2. Step 2

    Slowly pour 10ml of Baileys over the back of a bar spoon to form the second layer, also to 1/3. Pour slowly to keep the layers distinct; too fast and the Baileys will mix with the coffee liqueur.

  3. Step 3

    Finally, pour 10ml of Skyy vodka as the top layer.

  4. Step 4

    Warm the rim of the glass with a lighter.

  5. Step 5

    Ignite the top layer. You should see a small blue flame.
